Yevgenia Soboleva, captain of the “KINEF-Surgutneftegas” women’s water polo team, Honored Master of Sports, seventeen-time Champion of Russia and Olympic bronze winner, was awarded the distinction “For Merit to the Municipal Formation of the Kirishi Municipal District of the Leningrad Oblast.”
