Notes:
1. Breakfast (buffet) is included.
2. There is no charge for children under 5 years old, accommodation is provided without a separate bed.
3. Accommodation from 0: 00 till check-out will be paid as a half-day fee.
4. In case of late departure the accommodation fee will be charged as follows:
- less than 6 hours after check-out – hour rate 150 rubles/hour;
- from 6 to 12 hours after check-out – half day fee;
- from 12 to 24 hours after check-out – full day fee.
5. Non-guaranteed booking fee (by e-mail, fax, phone, mail) is not charged.
6. Cancellation time for non-guaranteed reservation is 22:00 at the arrival day.
7. In case of late cancellation of the guaranteed reservation (less than 24 hours before arrival) or non-arrival the actual downtime fee for the room (bed in the room) will be charged but not more than one day fee.
