Breakfast (buffet) is included.
1. Accommodation from 0:00 till check-out shall be paid as a half-day fee.
2. In case of late departure the accommodation fee shall be charged as follows:
- less than 6 hours after checkout – hour rate 150 rubles/hour;
- from 6 to 12 hours after checkout – half day fee;
- from 12 to 24 hours after checkout – full day fee.
3. Non-guaranteed booking fee (by e-mail, fax, phone, mail) is not charged.
4. Cancellation time for non-guaranteed reservation is 22:00 at the arrival day.
5. Guaranteed reservation fee is the amount of room (bed in the room) price per day.
6. In case of late cancellation of the guaranteed reservation (less than 24 hours before arrival)
or non-arrival the actual downtime fee for the room (bed) shall be charged but not more than one day fee.
